What to Do if You Didn’t Receive the Email

No download email? That can be frustrating – but it’s usually an easy fix. Most of the time, the email got filtered, mistyped, or simply delayed.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Check Spam or Junk folders in your email.
  2. Search your inbox for our store name or subject line like “Your Digital Product is Ready.”
  3. Make sure your email at checkout was correct. If you made a typo, we can help!
  4. Still missing? Contact us with your order number or name, and we’ll resend your file manually.
