This is a digital bundle for you to print and use again and again. Nothing will be mailed.
What age is this pack suitable for?
This printable pack is intended for Teens & Adults struggling with ADHD. This bundle is suitable for a Teenager, Parent or a Therapist. This pack is also suitable for individuals who are looking for self improvement.
Is the Digital Planner compatible with my device?
Brain wave focus planners are compatible with annotations Apps on Apple , Android or most Windows devices.

Can I print the digital planner?
Both printable and digital planners come as a PDF so you can technically print the digital planner just like any other PDF.
Our only caveats to that are that:
- the digital planner is built for tablet screen size/dimensions so it won't print perfectly on A4 or letter (though it's pretty close!), and;
- the background on the digital planner isn't a perfect white so you'll need to make sure you use a print setting that doesn't print that as a background colour or it might go through a fair bit of ink.
What does lifetime updates mean?
Lifetime updates are included with your purchase for the color of planner you choose. Our'lifetime updates policy'is an integral part of our mission to make access to quality ADHD resources affordable for everyone, and reduce #ADHDtax and hidden subscription costs. You'll get access to future versions of your planner color, including calendar updates for next year (and beyond), so you'll only need to purchase this planner once. If you want another color version in future, that is a separate purchase.
