Troubleshooting PDF Opening on iPad

Sometimes your PDF might not open or appear blank—don’t worry, it’s usually an app issue.

Fix it fast:

  1. Make sure you’re opening in a PDF annotation app, not Safari or Mail.
  2. Download the file first and open it from the Files app.
  3. Restart the app or iPad if needed.
  4. Try opening it in another app like Notability or Adobe Reader.
