1. Download the Planner
• Access the File: Download the PDF planner file from the link provided after purchase.
• Save the Planner: Save it to a convenient location on your device.
2. Importing the Planner into an Annotation App
Each annotation app has unique steps for importing and setting up the planner. Follow the instructions for your app below.
For iOS (iPhone/iPad)
App: GoodNotes
1. Open GoodNotes and tap the ”+” button at the top.
2. Select “Import” and locate the planner PDF in your device’s storage.
3. The planner will be added to your GoodNotes library. Tap it to open and start using it.
Using the Planner in GoodNotes
• Navigating Pages: Swipe left or right to move between pages.
• Duplicating Pages: Tap the thumbnail view icon at the top (it looks like four squares). Find the page you want to duplicate, tap on it, and select Duplicate. The duplicated page will appear right after the original.
• Switching Modes: Tap the pencil icon to toggle between read mode and write mode. In read mode, you can scroll and navigate without making edits; in write mode, you can annotate with the stylus or type text.
App: Notability
1. Open Notability, tap the ”+” button, and choose “Import”.
2. Find the planner PDF in your downloads or files and open it as a new note.
Using the Planner in Notability
• Navigating Pages: Swipe left or right to scroll through the pages.
• Duplicating Pages: Tap Pages at the top left, select the page you want to duplicate, and choose Duplicate. The new page will appear in the sidebar.
• Switching Modes: Toggle between read and write mode by tapping the hand icon. In write mode, use the pen, text, or highlighter tools; in read mode, you can scroll without accidental markings.
App: PDF Expert
1. Open PDF Expert, go to the Documents tab, and tap Import to select your planner PDF.

• Navigating Pages: Scroll up or down to go between pages or use the page thumbnails for quick access.
• Duplicating Pages: Tap the thumbnail icon to view all pages. Tap Edit and select the page you want to duplicate, then tap Duplicate.
• Switching Modes: Tap the pencil icon to switch between read and write modes. Write mode allows you to use annotation tools, while read mode is for viewing only.
For Android
App: Xodo
1. Open Xodo and tap the ”+” icon, then select PDF from Device to open your planner.
Using the Planner in Xodo
• Navigating Pages: Swipe left or right or use the page thumbnails on the side.
• Duplicating Pages: Go to Thumbnails View by tapping the thumbnail icon. Tap and hold a page, then select Copy to duplicate.
• Switching Modes: Use the hand icon to toggle between read and annotate mode. When in annotate mode, use the pen, text, or highlighter to mark the planner.
App: Noteshelf
1. Open Noteshelf, tap the ”+” button, and select Import Document to add your planner.

• Navigating Pages: Swipe left or right to move between pages, or use the page thumbnails for quick navigation.
• Duplicating Pages: Tap the page thumbnail view, select the page you want to duplicate, then choose Duplicate.
• Switching Modes: Tap the pencil icon to activate write mode. Use the finger icon to switch back to read mode, where you can scroll without edits.
App: Adobe Acrobat Reader
1. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader, tap Files at the bottom, and find your planner PDF.
Using the Planner in Adobe Acrobat
• Navigating Pages: Swipe up or down, or use the page thumbnails on the left.
• Duplicating Pages: Adobe Acrobat doesn’t directly support page duplication, but you can save a separate copy with the duplicated page for later access.
• Switching Modes: Use the pencil icon to switch to annotate mode, where you can add text, highlights, and shapes.
For Windows
App: Microsoft OneNote
1. Open OneNote, go to the desired notebook, and use Insert > File Printout to add your planner PDF.
Using the Planner in OneNote
• Navigating Pages: Scroll vertically to view all pages in a continuous format.
• Duplicating Pages: Right-click on the planner page, select Copy, and paste the duplicate where you want it.
• Switching Modes: OneNote combines read and write mode, so you can annotate directly without switching views.
App: Drawboard PDF
1. Open Drawboard PDF, select Open, and choose your planner PDF file.

• Navigating Pages: Swipe left or right to navigate, or use page thumbnails.
• Duplicating Pages: Go to Page Manager, find the page you want to duplicate, tap Duplicate.
• Switching Modes: Tap the pen icon to annotate, or toggle back to the hand icon to scroll and view without making edits.
For Mac
App: Preview
1. Open Preview, go to File > Open, and select the planner PDF.
Using the Planner in Preview
• Navigating Pages: Scroll up or down, or use thumbnails to jump to specific pages.
• Duplicating Pages: Right-click on the thumbnail of the page, choose Duplicate, and save as a new file if needed.
• Switching Modes: Click the Markup toolbar to enter annotation mode.
App: PDF Expert
1. Open PDF Expert, and drag and drop your planner PDF into the app.

• Navigating Pages: Scroll or use the page thumbnails for easy access.
